Shopping with ORORO

These terms apply to purchases made through this ORORO online store. Our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy provide additional information about orders and the use of this website. Contact our team through the Contact us form.

Products and descriptions

Read the product description, power requirements and size guide before ordering. Product images are original AI-created visualizations. Colors can vary between screens and small details can differ. The animated heating effect illustrates the heating areas; it is not a temperature measurement. The vest is supplied without a power bank unless the product listing expressly states otherwise.

Prices and payment

Product prices are displayed in US dollars unless the store explicitly shows a different currency. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before you confirm payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion fees. We only charge for the amount agreed at checkout.
