14-day returns

You can tell us that you wish to return your vest within 14 days of receiving your order. If items from one order arrive separately, the period starts when the last item arrives. Contact us through our Contact us form and include your order number and the items you wish to return.

You may inspect and try on the vest as you would in a shop. Please return it with its accessories and keep the packaging where possible. You may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and functioning. This does not remove your statutory rights.

Sending a return

We will provide the return destination and instructions when you contact us. Do not send a parcel to the dispatch address on the package without checking with us first. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing, and keep proof of postage.
